He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnice Manns and Ethel Manns (Martin); his wife Dorothy Jean Manns (Rosser); his children, Randy Manns and Deborah Brandenburg; and his siblings, Paul David Manns, Lillian Bond, Helen Risk, Kathy Kessler, Neva Howard, Sue Donna Singleton and Irene Maines.
He is survived by: his children, Ric Manns (Diana) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Kelly Chapman of Scottsburg, Indiana; his siblings, Dorothy Faye Ramey of Scipio, Indiana and A. B. Manns (Brenda) of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Amanda, Michele, Patty, Anthony, Jerrica, Wesley, Derrek and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Emily, Jamie, Brooklyn, Brody, Dalton, Parker and Kharma.
