Alsup (Murphy); his siblings, Linda Boyd (Danny) of Scottsburg, Shelly Meenach (Larry) of Underwood, Monica Nevils of Scottsburg, Brenda Marlow (Bob) of Dayton, Ohio, Tommy Boyd of Scottsburg and Bill Shepherd (Tonia) of Dayton, Ohio; his stepsiblings, Alan Myers (Cyndi) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Janie Bell (Jim) of Payson and Tammy Garfield of Andover, Minnesota; his close friend Charlene of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Shane, Dustin, Kyle, Justin, Brady, Brandy, Mandy, Jason, Aaron, Kendra, Suzan, Mitchell, Kayla, Matthew, Cara, Joseph and Anna.
