Rodney Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Phillips of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2024 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rodney Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his son Shawn Phillips; and his siblings, Brenda Allen and Harry Phillips, Jr. (Rodney). He is survived by: his parents, Harry Phillips and Christine Phillips (Doyle); his wife Cindy Phillips of Scottsburg, Indiana; his children, Brian Phillips and Marlena Beacraft; his siblings, Bradley Phillips (Helen) and Debbie Napier (Roger); and his grandchildren, Chase Phillips, Collin Phillips, Lola Phillips and Madison Ash.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations can be made in Rodney's name to the Scott County Humane Society in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
