He was predeceased by: his parents, Absalome R. Lemen and Rosamond Lemen (Meadows); his siblings, Benjamin C. Lemen, Milton H. Waters (Diane) and Clara Madonna Ross; and his grandson Kenny Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lemen; his stepdaughters, Tonya Ostertag (Gene) and Pamela Doane (Mike); his son Michael Lemen (Stephanie); the mother of his child Frances Lemen; his siblings, Estol P. Lemen (Linda), Charlene Kiefer and Joella Huckleberry (David); his sister-in-law Pam Lemen; his grandchildren, Robyn Miles, Josh and Mason Ostertag; and his great grandchild Rylee Miles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
