He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton P. Jones and Thelma Thomas Jones; his former wife Edna Johnson; his wife Betty Kilburn Jones; and his great grandchild Blake Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Jones Greif (Larry) of Bluford, IL, Susan Jones Leatherbury of Salem, Robert Jones (Carol) of Scottsburg and Brent Jones of Pace, FL; his great grandchildren, Morgan Greif Keith (Matt), Ryder, Rory of Louisville, James McDonald, Tiffany McDonald Heimer (Karl), Wolfgang, Leopold of Pasadena, MD, Suzanne Leatherbury Burkhead (James), Sutherlyn, Brooks Burkhead of Hamburg, Whitney Leatherbury Hill, Brennan, Mallory of Lanesville, C. Benjamin Leatherbury of Indianapolis and Ryan Jones (Lisa) of Scottsburg; his friend Wilbur Amick of Louisville; his cousins, Larry Thomas, Peter Lach, Michael Lach, Jane Lach and Jean Lach-Barnas; and also Kimberly Casey of Salem, IN.
Visitation & Services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed.
