Ely (Debbie) of Deputy and Thomas R. Ely (Jenny) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his sisters, Joyce Petty of Scottsburg, Indiana and Rita Masnick of Scottsburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Trenton Darly Amburgey (Beth), Pamela Meadows (Jordan), Robert Matthew Ely and Carol Jean Ely; and his great grandchildren, Harlee Grace and Carter Knox Amburgey.
