He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Francis Middleton and Eva P. Middleton (Hall); and his sisters, Betty Lou Barnard and Norma Jean Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sue Middleton (Owen); his sons, Jeff Middleton (Tami) of Francisco and Mark Middleton (Celia) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandchildren, Carla Scales (Justin), Jill Lyman (Chad), Craig and James Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Danielle, Owen Scales and Gavin Lyman.
