She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Mann and Louise Moore Mann; her husband Roger Dale Campbell; her son Earl Dale Campbell; and her grandson Tyler Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Banks of Austin, Ronald Campbell (Lucretia) of Scottsburg, Kenneth Noble (Tonya) of Austin, Indiana and Amber Barrett (Shelly) of Lancaster, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Courtney Wilson, Sahara Crowe, Dominac Campbell, Jordan Campbell, Alexis Farris, Kyla Farris, Ellis Barrett, Jr., Kelly Barrett, Phyllis Campbell, Tatiana Campbell, Franklin Helton, Payton Hatchett and Alicia White; her great grandchildren, Islah Campbell and Noah Crowe; her brother Walter Mann (Malinda) of Beattyville, Kentucky; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Campbell (Pauline) of Austin, Cecil Campbell (Tammy) of Austin, Indiana, Elaine Estep of Austin and Beverly Campbell of Irvine, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
