She is survived by: her son Charlie (Pat Bulington) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her sister-in-law Shirley Baker of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Patrick and Cara Bulington; and her nieces, Brenda, Teresa, Linda, Donna and Deva.
