She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Wisehart and Mildred Wisehart; her husband Thomas A. Brown; and her daughters, Carolyn McCain and Joyce Rufing (Paul Planck).

She is survived by: her children, Donald A. (Melinda), Francis Brown, Barbara Berry, Luann Browning (Bobby) and Rowena Knasel; and her son-in-law Roger Rufing.
