It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Leroy Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana, born in South Webster, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Clayton and Virginia Marie Smith (Beesler); his sister Nancy Smith; and his great grandchild Colton Beswick. He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae (Collier); his children, Christina Beswick and Keith Smith; his siblings, Donna Tucker (John), Pam Jenkins (Roger), Bob Smith (Patty) and Don Smith (Sonya); his grandsons, Jeremy Beswick and Eric Beswick; and also, Luke Ockenhouse, Michael Smith, Virginia "Jenny" Smith and Stephanie Cady.
