He is survived by: his siblings, Lowry Smith Jr., Dean Smith, Charlie Smith, Bob Smith, Margaret Warren and Donna Cox; his daughters, Susie Smith of Scottsburg and Sandy "Sam" Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his siblings, Dale Smith (Margie) of Georgetown, Kentucky. and Dorothy Horine; his sibling-in-law Lee Campbell of Sellersburg; his sisters, Mary Gorman (Tom) of Columbus and Mildred Thomas of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Thomas Smith, Chad Baxter (Ariane), Abby Webber (Lance) and Margaret Buchanan; and his pet Bella.
