It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary S. Diaz (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Valent Strinko and Ludmilla Strinko (Polkerop); her husband Emilio Diaz; her son Sam Sebastian; and her grandson Daniel Sebastian.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Sebastian (Lois) of Louisville, Chuck Sebastian (Kathy) of Scottsburg, Dave Sebastian (Janet) of Salem, Tom Sebastian (Diane) of Scottsburg, Indiana, John Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana, Lynn Sebastian (Jayne) of Scottsburg, Indiana and LaVerne Basham-Casado (Mike) of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
