She is survived by: her husband Harry Cook; her son Bill Spicer, II (Shannon) of Milton, Kentucky; and her siblings, Danny Morris (Maebel) of Scottsburg, Don Morris (Christy Smith) of Deputy, Indiana, Prudie Jean Cuellar (Donna Redicker), Joyce LaMaster of Henryville, Rosetta Morris (Erma Duff) and Katie White of Hazard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
