He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel W. McGlothlin and Lydia McGlothlin (Nellinger); and his brother Joe McGlothlin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lowry; his children, Tim, Matt McGlothlin (Melanie), Tamah DePriest (Tom) of Scottsburg, Indiana., Terah Woolbright (Randol) of Scottsburg, Indiana., Lyn Lyon (Jerry) of Scottsburg, Indiana. and Beth Colson (Chris) of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his brother Dr. Wylie McGlothlin (Ann) of New Castle, IN; and his grandchildren, Todd, Ryan McGlothlin, Kate Short, Adam DePriest, Sara, Luke Woolbright, Anna Reynolds, Leah Dixon, Erin Hewitt, Hali McGlothlin, Lara McGlothlin, Mallory McGlothlin, Wyatt McGlothlin, Mara Polk, Macy Colson and Abby Colson. He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, countless cousins, nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcomed but monetary expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of contributions to the Scottsburg Education Loan Fund (S.E.L.F).
