He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carter; his sister Sue Jones of Scottsburg; his children, Jeff Carter (Beth) of Coppell, John Carter of Scottsburg, Leslie Prall (Mark) of Carmel, Jaime Norton (Linda) of Scottsburg, Jill Crouse (Jim) of Indianapolis and Stephanie Atha (Mike) of Scottsburg; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Catherine Carter, Luke Prall, Symantha, Mackenzie Norton, Cole Atha, Kyle, Kayla Crouse, Jessie Norton, Anna Weist and Abby Weist.
