She is survived by: her children, Wayne Fields (Debbie) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Stella Terry (Danny) of Memphis, Indiana; her sister Katie Madden of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Dorothy Fergison (Scott), Jeremiah Fields (Tara Garrett), Dakota Fields, Lisa and Luke Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Katherine Fergison, Colton Fields and Wyatt Fields; and her caregiver Terry Coomer.
