She was predeceased by: her brother Martin D. Lewis; her daughter Jaca M. Story; and her grandchildren, Jacob Jay and Harper Davidson. She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Reed (Randy), Angela R. McPherson, Brittani Shenefield and Audrey Brooks (Tony); and her sisters, Melanie Harris (Steve) and Cindy West. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
