He is survived by: his children, Janie Rice (Bert) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Gary L. Bowen (Linda) of Louisville, Ron L. Bowen (Susie) of Martinsville, Jerry L. Bowen (Candy) of Scottsburg and Donnie L. Bowen (Theresa) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, J. R., Lee (Heather), Bud (Magan), Lisa (Danny), Leigh Ann (Kenny), Bradley, Carson, Adrian and Scotty (Justine); his great grandchildren, Travis, Briar, Audrea, Lauren, Colin, Jake, Preston, Parker, Addison, Alex, Aiden, Caleb and Hailee; and his brother Ward Bowen of Scottsburg, Indiana..
