She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Sebastian and Mary Diaz (Strinko); and her brother Sam H. Sebastian. She is survived by: her child LaVerne; her husband Mike; her sons, Jim Basham (Teresa) of Scottsburg and Joe Basham (Deborah) of Seymour, Indiana; her brothers, Bill Sebastian (Lois) of Louisville, Chuck Sebastian (Kathy) of Scottsburg, Dave Sebastian (Janet) of Salem, Tom Sebastian (Diana) of Scottsburg, John Sebastian of Scottsburg and Lynn Sebastian (Jayne) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandsons, Jordan Basham (Christine) and Tyler Basham; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Austin, Archer and Coramae. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
