He was predeceased by: his parents, James Junior and Dorine Elizabeth Gardner (Brown); his wife Diane; and his brother Greg Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Gardner (Mario) of Louisville, Kentucky and Timmy Gardner (Peggy) of Louisville, Kentucky; his siblings, Rickey Gardner of Scottsburg, Terry Gardner of Scottsburg, Ronnie Gardner (Becky) of Louisville, Kentucky, Linda of Indiana and Diane of Florida; and his grandchildren, Michael, Sarah (Bryce), Steven, Allie, Skyler, Timmy, Jr. and Madison. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
