He is survived by: his parents, William Bowyer and Sandy Bowyer (Chadwick); his wife Heather Chadwick (McIntosh); his children, Nevaeh Chadwick of Scottsburg, Indiana and Bentley Chadwick of Scottsburg, Indiana; his siblings, Cody Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana, Dalton Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana, Chase Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana, Jaden Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana, Christian Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana, Bryer Bowyer of Scottsburg, Indiana and Saydie Bowyer of New Washington, Indiana.; his grandmothers, Helen Chadwick, Teresa Bowyer and Deanna Calvert; his uncles, Douglas Chadwick (Amanda), David Chadwick (Georgina), James Chadwick and Eric Bowyer; and his aunt Marilyn Haney (Steve). He is also survived by Several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
