Kadin Ray "Kady" Smith, "Little Man", 17, of Scottsburg, IN, passed away unexpectedly at 7:47 AM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

He was born December 25, 2004, in Salem, IN, he is the son of Donna (Abner) Smith who survives in Scottsburg, IN.

Kadin was a Junior in high school, he enjoyed playing baseball, playing his PlayStation, riding his 4-wheeler, and loved rap & trap music. He was known to be spontaneous, determined, fearless, enjoyed wearing designer clothes and loved money. He was always motivated to reach his goals but most of all he loved his family.

Survivors include his mother, Donna (Abner) Smith of Scottsburg, IN, maternal grandparents, Wayne & Debbie Abner of Austin, IN, Betty Campbell of Scottsburg, IN, Rex Richey of Scottsburg, IN, 2 sisters, Desiree Broadus of Scottsburg, IN, Kelsi Smith of Scottsburg, IN, 2 brothers, Dominacc Campbell of Scottsburg, IN, Dakota Broadus of Scottsburg, IN, 2 cousins, Zack Abner of Scottsburg, IN, Gracie Abner Scottsburg, IN, and 2 uncles, Malcum & Kim Abner of Scottsburg, IN, Robert Campbell of Scottsburg, IN.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, Sharon Richey, cousin, Brittany Jo Abner, and cousin, Eric Long.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory Scottsburg with cremation to follow the services.
