She was predeceased by: her parents, James Homer Plaster and Eula Mae Armstrong (Davidson); and her husband John A. Howell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Thurman (Michael) of Bardstown, Kentucky, Eva White of Austin, Indiana, John A. Howell, III (Linda) of Lexington, Indiana and James Homer Howell of Scottsburg; and her sisters, Sondra Wright of Florida and Barbara Coleman of South Carolina. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buchanan Funeral Home (115 N 2nd St, Austin, IN 47102). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
