She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Hougland; her parent Robert Lee; and her son Michael Hougland. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Lytle (Mike) of Lexington, IN and Jeff Hougland (Trudy) of Scottsburg, IN.; her grandchildren, Jason Hougland (Shanon), Derek Hougland (Bonnie), Brandon Lytle (Amanda) and Mikaela Barger (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Eli Hougland, Lila Hougland, Jace Barger, Rhett Lytle, Colton Barger, Mack Hougland, Remy Lytle and Wesley Hougland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory (138 Westavia Blvd, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Scottsburg Cemetery.
