He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Cortes (Ruben) of Scottsburg, Ericka Adams (Paige Tortat) of Scottsburg and Melissa Kay Adams of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his sister Merita Guinn of Mississippi. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
