He was predeceased by: his parents, O. T. Scott and Una Foster Scott; and his wife Jo Anna Comer Scott. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Conant of Versailles, IN, Steve Scott of Shelbyville, TN and Rick Scott of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
