He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Rudder and Lillian Hinton (Short); his wife Elizabeth Rudder (Huff); and his son Rodney Rudder. He is survived by: his daughter Sheila L. Rudder; his daughter-in-law Dianna Rudder; his grandchildren, Cory Rudder (Allison), Kelley Rudder (Julie), Kerry Manke (Paul) and Ryan Jones (Senna); and his great great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Zach, Evelyn, Will Rudder, Karl, Caroline Manke, Cody Newsome, Cayden Colon, Hayden, Hayzlea, Hayclyn Jones, Evrin and Emmett Newsome.
