With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. McClain (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Marvin L. McClain and Harriett McClain (Ford); his sister Mary McClain; his niece Emily Young; and his aunt Mary Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia McClain (Hobbs); his daughters, Shannon Guidry (Kevin) of Cove and Ashley Gose (David) of Scotts, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Faith Guidry, Ava and Emery Gose.
Funeral services will be private for immediate family only due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CDC recommendations, State and Local government mandates and the family's wishes.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Scottsburg United Methodist Church or the Parkinson's Foundation c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
