It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Murphy of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lew Murphy and Hazel Murphy; and his siblings, Sue Carol Murphy, Donna Moberly and Vic Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L Murphy (Callaway); his children, Jack A. Murphy Jr. (Amanda) of Salem, IN, Jeff A. Murphy (Pamela) of La Grange, KY and Michelle Banet (Jon) of Henryville, IN; his grandchildren, Colleen Murphy, Kevin Murphy, Jacob Murphy, Parker Brandon, Abigail Banet, Andrew Banet, Aaron Banet and Allison Banet; and his brother Tex Murphy of Scottsburg, IN..
