He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar O. DeWeese and Beula W. DeWeese (Weaver). He is survived by: his siblings, Howard DeWeese of Scottsburg, Indiana and Shirley Neace; his friend Ann Muncy of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his caregivers, Kayle Sandlin and Jody Cain.
