It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Forrest Royalty of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Bailey Bryan Royalty; and his siblings, Edward Royalty (Wilma) and Lois Jean Roberts (Vernon). He is survived by: his mother Stella Royalty (Riley); his daughter Judy Pendarvis (Daniel) of Fort Myers, Florida; his granddaughters, Amber Lewis (Justin), Ashlee Pendarvis and Amanda Pendarvis; his nephews, Scott Royalty (Ingrid), Steve Royalty (Sherry Jankosky), Shawn Royalty, Dennis Roberts and Gregg Roberts; and his niece Beth Roberts Steele. He is also survived by three Great Nieces; two Great Nephews; one Great Great Niece; and four Great Great Nephews.

Memorial donations can be made in Forrest's name to the Scott County Humane Society in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
