She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha Smith (Howard) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her sisters, Judy Sendlbach (John) of Kentucky and Lori Williams of Florida; her grandchildren, Phillip M. Combs, Jr., Heather Smith and Jessica Smith; and her great grandchild Alayna Rose Combs.
