She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Terry. She is survived by: her mother Cathy Hardwick (Reynolds); her spouse Tiffany Slaughter-Terry; her daughter Ashley Jones of Hayden; her stepfather Mike Hardwick of North Vernon; her sisters, Tina Ruddick (Randy) of Butlerville, Melissa Whitehead (John) of North Vernon, Toni Lynch (Doug) of North Vernon, Amy Jump (Scott) of North Vernon and Rae Lynn Blair (Travis) of North Vernon; and her grandchildren, Aydin of Hayden and Emera Jones of Hayden.
