She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Huggins and Catherine Ann Huggins (Steel); her husband Franklin Hoard; and her siblings, Charles John Huggins and Juanita Huggins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Livingston (Jason) of Sioux City and Crystal Hudgens (Jacob Pedigo) of Austin, Indiana; her sister EuJania Murphy (David) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Stormy Hudgens, Orion Pedigo, Alexandria Lei, Jonathan Wohlert, Arieonna Livingston and Leonard Livingston.
