He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Campbell and Eva Campbell (Collins); his son Gary Campbell; his grandson Andrew Campbell; and his siblings, Adam, Virgil, Estil, Bennie, Evalee, Chloe, Bertha and Birthie.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Campbell (Parrott); his daughters, Theresa Decker (Ronnie) of Scottsburg and Michelle Rangel (Rick) of Scottsburg; and his sister Mae Campbell of Scottsburg, Indiana.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
