She is survived by: her children, Christopher Hope of Scottsburg, Indiana and Barbara Hope Shannon of Denver, Colorado; her sisters, Lora Hampton of Scottsburg and Zelma Ward of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Beth Hope, Brian Smith and Christopher Hope; and her great grandchild James Dylan Hope.
