He is survived by: his children, Perry Wade Kelley of Clarksville, IN and Leygh Kelley of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Russell Kelley of North Carolina, Tina Honey (Dave) of Brownsburg, IN and Mary Howard-Wayne of Scottsburg, IN; and his grandchildren, Dante Kelley, Xerick Couch and Theodore Couch.
