He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Edna Quinn (Quinn). He is survived by: his children, Roberta Quinn, Charles R. Quinn Jr., Sylvia Quinn, Jennifer Quinn, James Quinn, Michael Quinn, Michaela Quinn and Diana Quinn; his grandchildren, Jason Vest, Brandon Quinn, Nicholle Buford, Jeremiah Rios, Jaxon Mobley, Thea Baker and Amaya Martinez Quinn; and his great grandchildren, Xander and Xodia Quinn.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lexington Cemetery (356RD E State Rd 56, Lexington, IN 47138).
