He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sebastian (Derringer); his children, Ryan Sebastian (Angie) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Charlie Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana and Mandy Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana; his brothers, Billy Sebastian (Lois) of Louisville, Dave Sebastian (Janet) of Salem, Tom Sebastian (Diane) of Scottsburg, Lynn Sebastian (Jayne) of Scottsburg and John Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Kalei Robison, Breanna Sebastian, Ashley Sebastian, Blake Engle and Brantley Cissell.
