It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil G. Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana, born in Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Smith and Georgia Smith (McQuery); his spouse Shirley Temple Hall; and his siblings, Bill, Eddie, Charles, Lester, Albert Smith, Thelma Wilson and Mary Parker.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana..
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
