He is survived by: his wife Machell Mullins (Caldwell) of Scottsburg, IN; his children, Christy Alexander (Eric) of Henryville, IN, James, Kayla Mullins (Michael Beswick) of Salem, IN and Travis Mullins (Kaitlyn Gonzalez) of Scottsburg, IN; and his siblings, Dean Mullins (Debbie) of Scottsburg, IN, Mark Mullins of Scottsburg, IN, Luther Mullins of Underwood, IN, Joyce Mullins of Lexington, IN, Judy Merriman of Scottsburg, IN, Betty Foley (Tim) of Louisville, KY and Patsy Dawson (Frank) of Underwood, IN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
