It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Jean Hicks (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Salem, Indiana, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Hicks and Maurine Lueck (Newby); her stepfather Gale P. Lueck; and her siblings, Loretta Helm and Verdise "Butch" Hicks.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Edward Maness (Jennie) of Lebanon Junction and Gerald Wayne Maness (Jenny) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her siblings, Teresa Banda (Ramon) of Austin, Debra Gilbert (Scott) of Colorado Springs, Sheena Hackstaff (Eddie) of Denver, Colorado, Billy Ray Hicks (Sandi) of Firestone and George "Bubby" Hicks (Mindy) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
