She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harold Donahue and Effie Mae Donahue (Polk); her husband Gary Gene Lewis; her sister Gloria Jean Bayes; and her daughter-in-law Sarah Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Gene Lewis, II of Deputy and Tom Lewis (Michele) of Seymour, Indiana; her brother Pastor Jim Donahue (Patricia) of Scottsburg; and her grandchildren, Mariah Lewis of Bloomington, Bailey and Grace Lewis of Seymour, Indiana..
