She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Stacy and Opal Gray (Dotts); her spouse Thomas H. Schmittler; and her sister June Edwards. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Schmittler (Sharon) of Scottsburg and Tommy Schmittler of Scottsburg, Indiana; her sisters, Pat Hawn of Scottsburg, Karen McVay of Salem and Freda Swillinger (Mark) of Louisville, Kentucky; her great-nephew Jerick Patton of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Brian and Matt.
