He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Spicer and Susie Erickson (Neace); and his sisters, Eugenia Gose, Teresa Trulock, Peggy Spicer, Tina Begley and Sue Holland.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Spicer; his children, Candy Lynn Hoard (Tim), Justin Scott Spicer (Becky) and Gregory Charles Spicer (Candace); his sisters, America Jane Cravens and Jerry Renner; his grandchildren, Jade Clay, Harmony Spicer and Nathaniel Fox; and his great grandchild Jaxton Barnett.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and the governor's executive order, face masks are required in the funeral home and we ask that social distancing is observed.
