She is survived by: her husband Gary Leach; her son-in-law Dave Wells of Campbellsburg, Indiana; her daughters, Michelle Yount (Roger) of Lexington and Sandy Shawler (Tom) of Underwood, Indiana; her stepchildren, Stacy Imel (Scott) of Madison, Brent Leach (April) of Deputy and Hollie Leach of Midway, Indiana; her siblings, Mickey Ousley of Austin, Billy Ousley (JoAnn) of Kendallville, Wanda Kale of Coldwater, Dan Ousley (Sandy) of Union City, Patricia Ward of Fort Wayne and Ed Bates of Hicksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Mark Hibbs (Katie), Craig Thomas (Sarah), John Shawler (Missy), David Wells (Meghan), Maranda Jenkins (Nate), Daniel Wells, Erin West (Barry), Breanna Boman (Ricky), Quincy Yount and Levi Shawler (Heidi); her stepgrandchildren, Kyle Imel (Danielle), Kaylee Wright (Ricky), Jacob Leach and Lily Leach; her great grandchildren, Michael West, Wyatt Jenkins, Memphis Jenkins, McKenna Welty, Madelyn Thomas and Anna Thomas; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Vina Wright, William Wright, Brenten Wright, Brack Clayton-Wright, Emily Imel, Adalynn Imel and Liam Palmer; and her caregivers, Lindsey, Alexis and Mary.
