She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth R. Haven; and her husband Herbert Michael Bullard. She is survived by: her mother Ruth L. Haven (Cravens) of Scottsburg; her siblings, Kenneth Wayne Haven of Scottsburg, Arley O. Haven (Linda) of Pekin, Joyce A. Bowling (Scott) of Scottsburg, Larry N. Haven of Scottsburg, Michael J. Haven (Sheila) of Tunnelton, Loretta G. Haven of Scottsburg and Rebecca K. Bruck of Scottsburg; and her close friend Rod Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
