She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Blaylock of Austin and Donna Michelle Barrett of Scottsburg; and her siblings, James Caudill of Scottsburg and Roeann White of Austin, Indiana.. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
