He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Loper and Wyvonne Loper (Oliver); and his son Francis "Kyle" Loper. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Turner (Jeff) of Scipio; his close friend Alvinia "Tinker" Bledsoe of Scipio; his siblings, Rick Loper (Debbie) of Burnsville and Sherry Henderson (Dean) of Columbus; his grandchild Shelby Mounce (Dylan) of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Grayson of Columbus, Gavin of Columbus, Wyland of Columbus and Delaney Mounce of Columbus.
Memorials may be made in honor of Butch through the funeral home to Veterans Suicide Prevention.
